Cassard House comprises one double and 3 twin rooms, all en suite

Cobb’s Cottage comprises two twin rooms, both en suite

Prices are per person per night and apply between 1 October 2026 and 31 Sept 2027

An orientation tour of the main wildlife areas is available on request at an extra cost of £45.00 per person

Group Bookings: 6 or more guests 2 nights; leader 50% discount
6 or more guests for 3+ nights; tour leader 100% discount

Note 1 – The full board option is available from Mid October 2026 to Mid March 2027. Outside these dates only the self-catering option is available (but see note 2 below). 

Note 2 – Between Mid October 2026 and Mid March 2027 the self- catering option is available in Cobb’s Cottage for parties of 3 adults or more.

Note 3 – There is a two night minimum stay.

Note 4 – Only applies when the child shares a room with accompanying adults.

Note 5 – Applies to solo travellers.  Applies only when the guest specifically requests single occupancy, and is not discountable. 

Note 6 – A 20% discount (off the full rate only) applies for stays of more than ten consecutive nights.

Note 7 – No pets are permitted.

Note 8 – Guests requiring exclusive occupancy can do this by booking parties of 3 adults in Cobb’s Cottage (or by paying the equivalent for accommodation only).

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations at less than 56 days notice will be charged at 50% full room rate.
Cancellations at less than 30 days notice will be charged at 100% full room rate.
Cancellations due to FIGAS poor weather flight cancellations will be waived.
Additional nights due to poor weather flight cancellations will be charged for.
Cancellations due to external flight delays (Latam/Airbridge) will be charged for.
